    Slice beef thin against grain, toss with cornstarch and 1 tsp soy.

    Stir-fry beef in oil over high heat 2 min, set aside.

    Stir-fry broccoli 4 min, add garlic and ginger.

    Whisk remaining soy, sugar, broth, sesame oil; pour in. Return beef. Toss to glaze. Serve over rice.
