    Sauté onion, carrot, celery in butter 8 min.

    Add chicken and broth, simmer 20 min. Pull chicken, shred, return.

    Whisk flour into cream, stir in to thicken. Add thyme, salt, pepper.

    Quarter biscuits, drop on top of stew.

  5. 5

    Cover, simmer 12 min until dumplings cooked through.
