    Slice beef thin against grain. Toss with cornstarch and 1 tsp soy.

    Stir-fry beef in oil over high heat 2 min, set aside.

    Stir-fry pepper and broccoli 4 min. Add garlic and ginger.

    Return beef, add soy and sesame oil, toss. Plate over rice.
