    Add broth, garlic, onion, italian seasoning, bay, worcestershire.

    Cook on low 8 hrs. Shred beef, return to jus.

    Toast hoagie rolls. Pile beef, top with provolone, melt under broiler.

    Top with giardiniera; serve jus on side for dipping.
