    Boil potatoes, mash with butter, milk, salt.

    Mix beef, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, pepper. Form oval patties.

    Sear in skillet 3 min per side. Set aside.

    Sauté onion and mushrooms in pan, sprinkle flour, add broth and worcestershire. Simmer thick.

  5. 5

    Return patties, simmer 5 min in gravy. Serve over mash.
