    Boil peeled potatoes 18 min. Mash with butter, milk, salt.

    Brown beef with diced onion and carrot. Stir in tomato paste.

    Add peas, broth, worcestershire. Simmer 8 min.

    Spread filling in baking dish, top with mashed potatoes. Fork ridges.

    Bake at 400°F for 25 min until top is golden.
